The Great White Page: C’è Da Fare Association for Milano4MentalHealth

On the occasion of Milano4MentalHealth, the C’è Da Fare Association took over Piazza Duomo in Milan with a major and meaningful event: La Grande Pagina Bianca, a street poetry happening conceived by the artist Ivan Tresoldi, in collaboration with Fare X Bene ETS. La Grande Pagina Bianca has traveled the world since 2009, with 49 Italian editions and 10 international ones. Together, we will create a large collective artwork, engaging passersby and curious onlookers, inviting anyone who wishes to express themselves to write, paint, or participate.We have planned a series of events that will culminate in Piazza Duomo, but which will also spark debate before and after the main event.The goal is to leave a mark while raising awareness about mental health. The project aims to generate anticipation and awareness for the M4MH week, but also to go beyond that.

Milano4MentalHealth is a strategic project by the City of Milan, addressing the cross-cutting issue of mental health to educate and foster change through coordinated and deliberate actions by the city.The initiative, which kicks off on October 10, 2024, World Mental Health Day, is inclusive of all citizens, spanning all age groups, the entire city, and all social categories (businesses, schools, the third sector, culture, etc.).The goal is to place mental health at the center of social and political discourse.
